On January 1, 2021, the legislator raised the limit from 200€ to 300€. Donations are tax deductible. For contributions of €300 or more, Rechte der Natur e.V. will issue a donation receipt.
For donations up to €300, a bank statement or booking confirmation is sufficient as proof for the tax office (Section 50 (2) No. 2 Letter b EStDV). Upon request by the tax office, the declaration of non–profit status can be enclosed.
